한국어로 진행되는 인적 자원 관리 – HdBA 학생들이 한국의 직업 세계를 탐험하다 | HDBA (영어)  October 31, 2024 – As part of the elective module "Human Resource Management in Korea: Initial Insights," students were given the opportunity to gain exclusive insights into the work and business world of Korea. To understand the business world of Korea. The scientific leadership of the module was taken over by Prof. Dr. Paulina Jedrzejczyk, while Dr. Roman Kondurov, head of the international office of HdBA, provided organizational support and coordination for the trip. During the project week at KoreaTech, students were able to engage in conversations and discussions with experts and visit important institutions. For instance, they spent half a day at the world-famous Job World, a career experience center where children and teenagers can playfully and age-appropriately try out various professions. The itinerary also included visits to the Job Center in the capital, Seoul, another job center for seniors, and the Polytech University. During this intensive week, the students gained valuable insights into the Korean education and employment system, as well as practices in human resource management in Korea. A special highlight of the trip was the exchange with the President of KoreaTech, Dr. Yoo Kil Sang, who emphasized the importance of intercultural dialogue and the university's openness to future collaborations and joint projects. 한국기술교육대 '고용서비스 민간 위탁 국제세미나' 개최 (천안=연합뉴스) 유의주 기자 = 충남 천안의 한국기술교육대는 15일 서울 나인트리 프리미어 호텔에서 '고용서비스 민간 위탁 발전을 위한 파트너십 강화 방안'을 주제로 국제세미나를 개최했다. 16일까지 이틀간 열리는 이번 세미나에는 독일, 호주, 영국, 한국의 고용서비스 전문가와 우리나라 민간 고용서비스 기관(맥시머스·인지어스·GsC Net 등) 대표, 고용노동부 관계자 등 20여명이 참여했다. 세미나에서 각국 대표들은 고용서비스 제도 환경과 대표적 민간 위탁 사업 사례, 민간 위탁에 따른 정부의 지원 등을 발표하고 종합토의를 진행했다. 한국기술교육대는 2021년부터 고용서비스 종사자들에 대해 교육하고 있으며 2022년 국내 최초로 '고용서비스정책학과'를 신설했다. 2026년에는 '고용서비스인재교육원' 건립 등을 통해 전문인력 양성을 적극 추진할 예정이다. 유길상 한국기술교육대 총장은 축사에서 "고용서비스의 민간 위탁 확대는 세계적 추세인데, 보다 성공적인 결과를 위해서는 경쟁적인 시장 형성과 효과적인 인센티브 시스템 구축, 민간기관의 창의성과 자율성을 보장하는 합리적인 통제 장치가 마련될 필요가 있다"고 밝혔다. yej@yna.co.kr 유의주(yej@yna.co.kr)
