All students of KOREATECH find positions in diverse fields related to vocational competency development through the major in HRD. The positions our graduates find in the vocational competency development area include vocational competency development training teachers, practical engineers, HR development staff and workplace trainers.

In particular, our undergraduate curriculum is a regular program for fostering vocational competency development training teachers, which is the core infrastructure of the vocational competency development project, and all students that meet the requirements for an HRD minor may acquire three to four vocational competency training teacher certificates, which are issued by the Ministry of Labor upon graduation.
