Visa Extension

  • Visa extension for foreign instructors and students.

    • Foreign I.D. Card
    • School Transcript
    • Certificate of Enrollment
    • Receipt of Tuition payment
    • Pay fee of 60,000 KRW
    • Document Proving personal finance for stay ($500/a month)
    • Copy of passport
    • Proof of residency(Lease contract, confirmation of provided residence, a utility bill payment for any public services, receipt of university housing fee and others.)

Changing Visa

  • D-4→D-2 (Korean Language Course Student→Undergraduate Student)

    • Application Form
    • Foreign I.D. Card
    • Language Course Transcript
    • Certificate of Completion (Language Course)
    • Receipt of Tuition payment
    • Pay fee of 60,000 KRW
    • Document Proving personal finance for stay ($500/a month)
    • Copy of passport
    • Proof of residency(Lease contract, confirmation of provided residence, a utility bill payment for any public services, receipt of university housing fee and others.)
    • Original copy of Diploma (English copy enclosed)
    • Documented proof of final level of education
    • Documents proving your family relations(Please indicate English spelling of your parents' names)
    • Standard Acceptance Letter
    • One standard size photograph
