[GKS] 정부초청 장학생 일시출국 신청 안내(Temporary Departure Application)
정부초청 외국인 장학생은 출국 전 일시출국신청서를 제출하여 반드시 대학의 승인을 받아야 하며, 귀국 후에는 출입국 사실을 증명하는 서류를 제출해야 합니다. 아래 절차를 꼭 따라주시기 바랍니다.
All GKS scholars must submit a Temporary Leave Application Form and obtain approval from their university before leaving Korea.
After returning, they are required to submit a document proving their entry and exit records. Please make sure to follow the procedures below.
1. 대상: 정부초청장학생(한국어연수생, 학위과정생) (Korean Language Program & Degree Program)
2. 일시출국 가능 기간 Permissible Departure Period

3. 제출서류 Required Documents
▶출국 전 (Before Departure)
- 일시출국 신청서 (Temporary Departure Form) [첨부파일 attachment]
- 왕복 항공권 (Round-trip flight ticket)
▶입국 후 (After Re-entry)
- 출입국 사실증명서 (Certificate of Immigration Records)
▶제출처(Submission location)
- 대외협력팀 사무실 (External Affair Team Office)
※ 모든 장학생은 출국 7일 전까지 신청해야 하며, 긴급한 경우 출국일까지 신청 가능
※ Applications must be submitted 7 days before departure, or by the departure date in emergencies
4. 출입국 사실증명서 발급 안내 (How to Get the Certificate of Immigration Records)
① 병천면행정복지센터 직접 방문하여 발급 visit the Byeongcheon-myeon Administrative Welfare Center in person to obtain the document.

② 필요서류: 외국인등록증 또는 여권, 사실증명 발급 신청서 (현장 작성 가능)
Required documents: Alien Registration Card or passport, and an application form for the certificate of facts [can be filled out on-site]
③ 서류 작성 시 기간 설정 Set the period (3.1~8.31 or 9.01.~02.28)
- 6~8월 일시출국자 기간설정 : 3.1~8.31 Temporary Leave Period Setting for Students Departing Between June and August: March 1 – August 31
- 12~2월 일시출국자 기간설정: 9.01.~02.28 Temporary Leave Period Setting for Students Departing Between December and February: September 1 – February 28
