3. 직무교육

1) 1분반

- 일자: 방학중/토요일

- 시간: 9:00 ~ 18:00 (8시간)

- 학습모듈(예시): 기계공학 기초 및 제조공정 이해

- 세부내용(예시): 기계공학의 이해 및 진로 소개, CAD(3D 모델링) 기초 체험, 기계요소(베어링, 기어, 축 등)의 이해, 스마트팩토리 및 자동화 설비 소개, 3D프린팅 실습 및 제작 체험

- 강의방식: 강의/실습

2) 2분반

- 일자: 방학중/토요일

- 시간: 9:00 ~ 18:00 (8시간)

- 학습모듈(예시): 컴퓨터공학 기초 및 프로그래밍 체험

- 세부내용(예시): 컴퓨터공학 분야 및 진로 소개, Python 기초 프로그래밍, 알고리즘 및 문제해결 기초, IoT 및 AI 기술 이해, 간단한 코딩 프로젝트 실습

- 강의방식: 강의/실습

4. 현장견학

1) 컴퓨터공학 분야: 삼성 SDS ICT 센터, 네이버 데이터센터, AI·SW 관련 기업

2) 기계공학 분야: 현대자동차 아산공장, 현대제철 당진제철소, 스마트팩토리 운영 기업 등

2) Jul. 2026 – Nov. 2026: Field Trips for Professional Development Education

3) Dec. 2026 – Feb. 2027: Advanced Training Program

4) Dec. 2026 – Feb. 2027: Field Trips for Professional Development Education

5) Dec. 2026 – Feb. 2027: Certification Training

2. Training Locations: Practical training laboratories at KOREATECH Campus 1 and Campus 2, Industrial site visits

※ A shuttle bus will be provided for training sessions and field trips conducted at Campus 2

3. Schedule: During vacation/on Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (8 hours)

1) Section 1

- Sample Module: Introduction to Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Processes

- Sample Topics: Introduction to Mechanical Engineering and Career Paths, Hands-on Experience with CAD (3D Modeling), Understanding Mechanical Elements (Bearings, Gears, Shafts, etc.), Introduction to Smart Factories and Automation Systems, 3D Printing Practice and Fabrication Experience

- Teaching Method: Lectures and Hands-on Practice

2) Section 2

- Sample Module: Introduction to Computer Engineering and Programming

- Sample Topics: Introduction to Computer Engineering and Career Paths, Basic, Python Programming, Fundamentals of Algorithms and Problem Solving, Introduction to IoT and AI Technologies, Hands-on Mini Coding Project

5. Industrial Field Trips

1) Computer Engineering: Samsung SDS ICT Center, NAVER Data Center, AI and Software-related Companies

2) Mechanical Engineering: Hyundai Motor Asan Plant, Hyundai Steel Dangjin Steelworks, Smart Factory Companies
