GEC 지하에 있는 기도실 사용 신청 방법에 대해 안내드립니다.

학번이 있는 학부생/대학원생과 학번이 없는 어학연수생의 신청 방법이 다르니 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 기도실 사용 신청 방법 (학부생/대학원생)

 1) 신청방법: 아우누리 - 학사 - 강의실예약  - 강의실예약신청

 2) 입력내용

   - 날짜와 시간을 정확하게 입력하여 신청

   - 예약구분은 '기타'로 입력

   - 사용목적은 영문으로 작성 가능하며 사용하는 인원들의 학번과 성명 기입

 3) 사용시간: 9:00 ~ 18:00, 주말 사용 불가

 4) 사용 이틀 전에 미리 신청 후 'gec@학교 메일'로 확인 메일 송부

 5) 사용 후 뒷정리 필수

 6) 외부인은 출입이 불가하니 만약 사용신청이 승인되더라도 사용 불가

2. 기도실 사용 신청 방법 (어학연수생)

 1) 신청방법: 첨부파일의 신청서 작성

 2) 사용시간: 9:00 ~ 18:00, 주말 사용 불가

 3) 사용 이틀 전에 'gec@학교 메일'로 메일 송부 후 답장 확인

 4) 사용 직전 사무실 방문하여 기도실 출입

 5) 사용 후 뒷정리 필수

 6) 외부인은 출입이 불가하니 만약 사용신청이 승인되더라도 사용 불가

Here is information on how to apply to use the prayer room located in the basement of the GEC.

Please note that the application process is different for undergraduate/graduate students who have a student ID number and language program students who do not have a student ID number.

1. Prayer Room Reservation Guide (Undergraduate Students / Graduate Students)

 1) How to Apply: 아우누리(Aunuri) - 학사(Academic) - 강의실예약(Classroom Reservation) - 강의실예약신청(Classroom Reservation)

 2) Required Information

   - Enter the exact date and time you wish to use the prayer room

   - Select '기타(Other)' for the reservation category

   - The purpose of use may be written in English, please also include the student ID numbers and full names of all users

 3) Access Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 on weekdays, Weekends are no available

 4) Please submit your reservation at least two days in advance and send a confirmation email to 'gec@school email'

 5) After use, please clean up the room before leaving

 6) External visitors are not permitted to enter the prayer room, even if the reservation has been approved

2. Prayer Room Reservation Guide (Language Program Students)

 1) How to Apply: Complete the attached reservation form

 2) Access Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 on weekdays, Weekends are no available

 3) Please email the completed form to 'gec@school email' at least two days in advance and check the reply for reservation approval

 4) Please visit the office immediately before use to gain access to the prayer room

 5) After use, please clean up the room before leaving

 6) External visitors are not permitted to enter the prayer room, even if the reservation has been approved
